Flooring Epoxy Coating (Flakes)
This project involved sealing multiple active water leak points in a high-rise basement parking structure using pressure grouting and PU injection techniques. The client had been experiencing recurring water seepage through concrete wall joints and hairline cracks, causing moisture damage and mold buildup. After a thorough site inspection, our team identified all problem areas and drilled injection ports at strategic intervals. We then injected high-grade polyurethane resin under controlled pressure to ensure full penetration into the cracks and voids.
The PU reacted with residual moisture to expand and form a strong, flexible, watertight seal deep within the structure—without any surface demolition. The entire job was completed with minimal disruption to the building’s operations, and follow-up inspections confirmed zero leakage post-treatment. The client was highly satisfied with the result, noting immediate improvement in humidity control and long-term protection of the structure.
